PERSONAL HANDWRITTEN LETTER FROM SS STURMBANNFUHRER DR HELMUT GLASSER
SS STURMBANNFUHRER DR HELMUT GLASSER was the Chief of Staff for Carinthia and Carniola, He was responsible for the re-settlement of Jews in Carinthia and Carniola, in the Austrian State in which 80,000 of the 90,000 were exterminated. He survived the war but was held by the Allied Forces and on the 13 March was handed over as a War Criminal and sentenced to death for crimes against humanities on the 19 July 1947.
In this personal handwritten which is the written in the old German or High German script Dr Glasser is commenting about the July plot against Adolf Hitler to another SS colleague. The page is double sided and has Dr Glassers SS office letterhead, the paper is watermarked and the letter is dated 05 August 1944. The letter comes in a double sided glass frame.
