Swiss m1914 Sawback Pioneer Sword Bayonet marked H.S. with Scabbard.Bayonets marked Waffenfabrik Neuhausen, used with the Schmidt-Rubin m1911 carbine. Issued to select troops such as engineers, blacksmith non-coms, horse transport soldiers, and drivers of motorized artillery. Bayonet is in perfect condition and is more than likely an unissued example. Perfect original finish on handle wood.No dings or chips in saw teeth. Nice bright blade. Original frog.
