VIETNAM WAR US/AUSTRALIAN HELICOPTER PILOTS HELMET
During the Vietnam war Australian helicopter pilots and crews were issued with a mixture of US and Australian equipment.
The helmet offered today is is a Gentex DSA 100 4804 or AFH 1 Ballistic Pilots helmet. The helmet was sourced locally here in Western Australia. The helmet comes with full electronics and working visor. some signs of wear to the inside and a period modification to the chinstrap.
