World War Two German fixed focus binoculars Carl Zeiss lenses, focus adjusting screws set into optical housing. The right shoulder under the rubber housing is stamped with:

  7 x 50 (manification)

  57312 (serial number)

  blc - The German Wartime code for Carl Zeiss, Jena. 

Whist the heavy duty rubber shroud lens protectors are present and secure they are displaying signs of use and wear. Original Green paintwork also showing signs of heavy use. The original lens protectors are present and functioning well as the optics are very good for its age and use. It is obvious that the leather neck strap has broken and disappeared with the original owner replacing them with a makeshift rope which I have left on the binoculars to show that they have been used on a U-Boat in operations and add to their authenticity.
