WW2 JAPANESE SOLDIERS 'GOING TO WAR' BANNER
These banners were gifted to Japanese soldiers as they went to war for the Emperor. They were given mainly by family members and some times by towns and villages where the soldier came from. They were normally made of silk or high quality cloth and are single sided.
This example is made of patterned silk and measures 770mm long x 200mm wide. No rips or tears just needs ironing.
