WW1 CANADIAN MK1 ROSS BAYONET
The Ross bayonet was produced for the Canadian armed forces during WW1 and 2 to fit the 303 rifle. The maker was the Ross Rifle Company of Quebec, they are considered scarce.
This example is issued stamped 8/16 (August 1916). It has seen combat use as the blade shows signs of field sharpening. The scabbard also shows signs of field use as the end has been cut off to allow water to drain out, it has the original bayonet frog attached.
